The lists of Grade 10 students and second-time writers, writing the OSSLT have been posted in the hallway across from the main office, in the hallway by the Library and in the hallway by the Special Education Resource Room, Room B67. All students writing the exams, please check the lists to ensure that your name is there and what room you will be writing the exam in on Thursday, March 30th.

London Paris March Break 2018 Trip There are a limited number of spots left to join this amazing 10 day trip! Anyone who signs up before March 31st will receive a $100 deduction. Reminder to the members of the Champions involved with the Feed Leadership trip next week – please come to A12 today at lunch for a meeting.
The Table Tennis Team tryouts will be running after school today, tomorrow and Friday. It is not too late to participate. Permission forms are outside Room C1.
There is a try out for the Girls Soccer team today after school in the north gym. You must have your permission forms in to be able to try out.
Focus on Youth Toronto will be hiring TDSB secondary students as summer day camp counsellors in support of community summer programs. The Focus on Youth summer employment program runs from July 4 to August 11, 2017, with an additional three days for training in June. Please see the posting on AW or come to Guidance to find out more about this program and how to apply. The application deadline is Monday, March 27th.
There is no Coed Volleyball training tonight after school.

Please have your forms in by Wednesday in order to be able to try out. Also, any girls still interested, it’s not too late. Please see Tracy for a permission form.
Track & Field tryouts will be starting shortly. Students should see Mr. Vidovich in the Phys Ed Office for permission forms.

TDSB Skills Competitions!   After numerous hours of training and dedicated hard work , the following students will be going to the Toronto Skills Awards ceremony on March 22 to discover where they placed in their respective competitions. Please congratulate these students on a job well done: Mathew Femia for Auto Service, Emily Christie for Baking, Teagan McCarthy for Culinary Arts, Callahan Stewart for Restaurant Services, Noah Gommel for Auto Collision Repair, Matthew Norris for Auto Painting, Isaiah Burton for Job Interview. These students did an amazing job representing Danforth at these competitions. Congratulations!!
Attention Science Fair Finalists. The twenty students who were selected to go to the Metro Science Fair should come to the practice judging sessions today in A76 at lunch and after school. SOFTBALL! SOFTBALL! SOFTBALL! It is that time of year again to dust off the old mitt and hat and get ready for some spring fun! Girls’ Softball will be having a mandatory meeting for all those interested tomorrow at lunch in room B37. Again, Ms. Cotton and Mr. Ravera will be having a mandatory Girls’ Softball meeting tomorrow, Thursday at lunch in room B37. Play ball !!!
Girls’ Softball will be having a mandatory meeting at the start of lunch. Please be sure to head right to B37 at the very beginning at lunch. Again, Girls’ Softball meeting in B37 right at the end of second period. Batter up!!!
Today is the last day to tryout for Coed Volleyball. Tryouts occur in North Gym after school.
